Bouncer is an EU-based email verification service. You buy credits from 1,000 at a time, they never expire, and unknown results and duplicates are not charged. It offers an API and a separate deliverability kit for inbox placement and blocklist tests.

InboxSure is a dedicated verifier with no credits. Pro is a flat $49 a month for unlimited lists of up to 10,000 addresses, with syntax, DNS/MX and SMTP mailbox checks and catch-all, disposable and role-based detection.

Bouncer is one of the cheaper per-email options, so the honest answer depends on how much and how often you verify.

Where InboxSure is better

  • Cheaper at high volume. 100,000 verifications cost $400 on Bouncer. On InboxSure Pro, ten lists of 10,000 in a month cost $49.
  • Cheaper every month you clean. If you verify 10,000 or more addresses every month, InboxSure's $49 is below Bouncer's $60 for a 10,000-credit pack, and the gap grows with volume.
  • Free plan that keeps working. Bouncer gives 100 credits to start. InboxSure's free plan verifies lists of up to 50 addresses as often as you like.
  • Free deliverability tools. Check SPF, DMARC and MX records with InboxSure's free tools, no account needed.

Where Bouncer is better

  • Small or occasional lists. 1,000 verifications for $8 with credits that never expire is hard to beat if you only verify now and then.
  • API today. Bouncer has an email verification API now. InboxSure's API for Pro is coming soon.
  • EU hosting. Bouncer says it is hosted in the EU, which some teams prefer for data residency.
  • Very large single files. Bouncer sells packs up to 1,000,000 credits. InboxSure Pro handles up to 10,000 addresses per list.

Which should you choose?

Choose Bouncer if you verify small lists occasionally, need an API today, or want EU-hosted processing.

Choose InboxSure if you verify 10,000 or more addresses a month and want one flat price instead of buying packs.

Either way, you can see how InboxSure handles your own data for free: lists of up to 50 addresses cost nothing, and results come back as Deliverable, Risky, Undeliverable or Unknown with the reason. InboxSure reports Unknown when a mail server will not give a clear answer, rather than guessing.
